ELCHK Lutheran Academy is pleased to invite prospective parents to our Year 1 Admissions Seminar and School Tour. To attend, please reserve your seat(s) by completing the form below.

基督教香港信義會宏信書院誠邀家長參加一年級入學簡介會及校園導賞。如欲參加，請填妥以下表格登記並預留座位。

1. Seminar Details 簡介會詳情

Venue 地點: Assembly Hall (1/F), ELCHK Lutheran Academy, 25 Lam Hau Tsuen Road, Yuen Long, N.T.
元朗欖口村路25號 基督教香港信義會宏信書院一樓禮堂
Language 語言: Conducted mainly in English with limited Cantonese support.
主要以英語進行，輔以廣東話傳譯支援。

2. Pre-Seminar School Tour (Optional) 簡介會前校園導賞（自由參加）

Tour Time 導賞時間: 5:30 PM – 6:00 PM

We are offering a school tour prior to the seminar. Please read the following requirements carefully:
本校將於簡介會前舉行校園導賞，請細閱以下注意事項：

Registration & Capacity 名額與登記:
Limited to 300 participants. Only visitors who register via this form will be considered. No walk-ins allowed.
名額合共 300個。 訪客需預先透過此表格進行登記方可參加，恕不接受即場報名。
Confirmation Email 確認電郵:
Successful applicants will receive a separate confirmation email. Please ensure your email is correct. You must present the confirmation email (digital or printed) at the reception to join the school tour.
校方將另行以電郵通知成功登記校園導賞之人士。請確保您所填寫的電郵地址正確。參加者必須出示該確認電郵（電子或列印版）方可參加校園導賞。

Check-in & Punctuality 登記及準時守則:

Visitors must report to our reception between 5:25 PM and 5:45 PM. We regret that anyone arriving after 5:45 PM will not be able to take part in the school tour, and their reserved spots will be released.

訪客必須於下午 5:25 至 5:45 到接待處登記。為確保活動順利進行，逾時（下午 5:45 後）報到者將無法參加校園導賞，其名額將被取消。

Important Notes 注意事項

  • Attendee Limit 出席人數:
    Each family is limited to a maximum of 2 attendees only.
    每個家庭最多只限兩位代表出席。

  • Target Audience 參加對象:
    This seminar is intended for adults. Parents are kindly reminded not to attend the seminar with their children.  
    是次簡介會對象為成年人，請家長不要帶同子女一同出席簡介會。

  • No On-site Parking 不提供泊車位:
    No parking is available on campus. Please use public transportation.
    本校恕不提供泊車位，請使用公共交通工具。

  • Event Reminder 活動提醒:
    A reminder email will be sent one week prior to the event.
    登記人將於活動一星期前收到提示電郵。

  • Inclement Weather Arrangements 惡劣天氣安排:
    If a Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8 or above, or a Red/Black Rainstorm Warning is in force at or after 4:30 PM, the event will be postponed. Please check the school website for updates.
    如當天下午 4:30 或以後發出八號或以上颱風信號、紅色或黑色暴雨警告，活動將延期舉行。請留意本校網頁之最新公佈。
