I am Ivy Wong, the first president of the LUAC alumni association. 

The association is not just a gathering of individuals who once walked the same halls, but as a family connected by the same values and experiences. 

ELCHK Lutheran Academy is more than just a school. It is a place where we were shaped not only as students but as people with strong values. Our school’s vision is to raise future leaders who care for others, think globally, and never stop learning.

As alumni, we carry these lessons with us in our lives. We’ve taken what we learned here — kindness, integrity, and resilience — and used it in our jobs, families, and communities. Today, we are living examples of the school’s vision and mission.  

This gathering is a wonderful chance to reflect on what it means to be part of the ELCHK Lutheran Academy family. Being alumni means we are part of a community that goes beyond classrooms and school years. It means we have the chance to support our school and help the next generation of students who will follow in our footsteps.  

As president of the alumni association, I hope to bring us all closer together. We can create opportunities to connect, support current students by sharing our experiences, and give back to the school that gave us so much. Together, we can help ELCHK Lutheran Academy continue to grow and provide a meaningful education to future students.

**Purpose of the ELCHK Lutheran Academy Alumni Association** 

The purpose of the ELCHK Lutheran Academy Alumni Association is to keep a strong connection between the school and its alumni. Together, we share the school’s core values of faith and love. 

We hope to build a community to bring back alumni and students together to support each other and share experiences. Help the school to develop future leaders who care for others, think globally, and continue learning with strong Christian values. Create chances for alumni to help current students by giving advice, sharing experiences, and offering career guidance. 

Encourage alumni to support the school by volunteering, sharing their skills, or donating to help the school grow and improve. 

Last but not least we hope to inspire alumni to keep learning, growing, and living out the values of faith, love, and service that they learned at ELCHK Lutheran Academy.
