Job Description

  • Provide administrative and logistics support to student admissions exercises and school events etc;
  • Support the production of the School’s publications;
  • Assist in maintaining a smooth daily school administration;
  • Help promote and maintain the positive image of the school;
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors/ school.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Hold a Bachelor Degree or above in relevant disciplines;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
  • Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
  • Possess high level of organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules;
  • Immediately available is preferred.
