Executive Assistant (Admissions, Media & Communications)

Job Description
- Provide administrative and logistics support to student admissions exercises and school events etc;
- Support the production of the School’s publications;
- Assist in maintaining a smooth daily school administration;
- Help promote and maintain the positive image of the school;
- Carry out any other reasonable duties as assigned by supervisors/ school.
Qualifications and Skills
- Hold a Bachelor Degree or above in relevant disciplines;
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese;
- Possess at least 3 years of relevant working experience is preferred;
- Possess high level of organizational, analytical, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Possess the ability to work independently under tight schedules;
- Immediately available is preferred.
