Having a scientific and psychological background, I believe that everyone has unique potential and inner strength in the renewal of the mind, which is important in facilitating good physical and mental health.

Through the process of “Re-MEMBERING” the significant others and events in their life, with sufficient “nutrients” found in the nurturing environment, a new Chemistry in life can be discovered. This discovery can become a source of inspiration to live a value-driven life.

Besides being passionate about teaching chemistry, I am also devoted to improving mental health. Therefore, I have been taking a leading role in the Mindshift Educational Networking Program of HKU.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. (Romans 12:2)
