Born in Hong Kong, I moved to Edinburgh, Scotland with my family when I was nine months old. I grew up in Bonnie Scotland before I moved to London for my bachelor’s degree and then to the States for my master’s. I have been teaching French and English to primary, middle and secondary school students for over 14 years in Edinburgh, the States and in Hong Kong.

I enjoy travelling around the world to learn about different cultures and sample diverse cuisines. I also cherish the times I spend with my family exploring the colourful, tranquil and chaotic areas of Hong Kong.
